Prepare and issue inspection authorizations (orders) to inspection agencies overseas and locally if required.Monitors status of related inspection activities, based on progress reports received.Follows up the work of third party inspection agencies and report on progress of the inspections activities.Carry out specialised inspection, witness quality tests at manufacturers, vendor premises or approved laboratories.
